In theory, SDelete won't work for individual file wipe unless the "-c" parameter is used with wear-leveling flash media, such as USB Flash Drives and SSDs.
Absent of cleaning all free space, my thought is, in order to do secure erase with an SSD, one has to first, make sure that the O/S has TRIM enabled.
