So why post? well Steve has SQRL not saying this is any better more protecting to stop account deletion system by Dual-Email Security and since Email is free why not do it that needs both logins to verify.
There is Forgot password but its disabled by default and the Email you put in if primary sends reset link to secondary and like wise the other way round.
So lets say you use primary and some how someone gets your Email and password for primary they can post yes can they delete Account or change primary password? No but they can change primary Email? Yes and can only be changed per hour. So now the question is can you get primary under your control? Yes by your secondary which shows you what primary Email is and because who ever change primary can't change the password you can then log in to primary and now this is where you can do one of two things change primary Email or change password and the way to do this is your on primary you set a password with a secret message that only you know then you log in to your secondary you with get a code and your secret message if not your secret message do not use that code. When it is your secret message use the code on primary and its under your control. Same happens the other way around.
Note you will need to use either two browsers or the same browser with one in InPrivate windows
