Just for fun, I tried to run ReadSpeed on Faux86, which is a portable, open-source 8086 PC emulator for bare metal Raspberry Pi. It didn't work. When I run RS.exe it seemed that that an ASCII character run across the screen multiple times and then the cursor stayed under the command prompt as shown in the following picture:
In case some one is interested, here is a video of Faux86 booting and running some games
