This forum does not automatically send notices of new content. So if, for example, you would like to be notified by mail when Steve posts an update to his blog (or of any other specific activity anywhere else), you need to tell the system what to “Watch” for you. Please checkout the “Tips & Tricks” page for details about that... and other tips!

First, I'm glad you, [members and GRC], are active; I've wanted to connect with GRC members for a long time. Navigating the home page took some time to find this, having displayed information no newer than two years old.
I currently have an HP Pavillion using Windows 10. My internet connection has F Secure included free; it is the, THE best security system I have ever had.
Having returned to GRC's home page after several years, I tested it with ShieldsUp, and obtained this result:
Your system has achieved a perfect “TruStealth” rating. Not a single packet — solicited or otherwise — was received from your system as a result of our security probing tests. Your system ignored and refused to reply to repeated Pings (ICMP Echo Requests). From the standpoint of the passing probes of any hacker, this machine does not exist on the Internet. Some questionable personal security systems expose their users by attempting to “counter-probe the prober”, thus revealing themselves. But your system wisely remained silent in every way. Very nice.
If you can obtain this system, I very much recommend it.
