Can you fit a whole game into a QR code?

Wait. What? Executables in a QR code? Should QR clients allow that? Isn't that an open invitation to bad guys to hack via (ubiquitous) QR's?

Even if one gives it permission, I presume a hacker is smart enough to spoof what the QR presents to the user. (That is, would claim to be a url, when in fact, is an .exe.)

On my Android QR code reader, QR Droid, I went into settings and selected to ask me for every category. I don't want it doing anything without permission. If something bad fools me into clicking, I guess I'm hosed. But, at least I get to look at it.
