Hi all,
First post on this new login (I may have had a previous account, but it would have been so long ago that I registered a new one.).
I have read today in The NY Times about a recent ransonware attack on the insurance payments company owned by United Healthcare has caused ongoing block to payments to providers for several weeks at this time. This is the largest private insurance payments company in the U.S., so a lot of individual doctors and clinics are affected according to the article. Some groups have had to borrow money to cover missing income.
Haven’t seen this discussed on the Security Now! Podcast. Did I miss it?
