Aloha from Delaware!
My SonicWall TZ400 TMG is way past it's expiration date and I'm looking at finding/building something similar that can help add that layer of security between the internet and my servers.
The SonicWall allows for the creation of a transparent zone where the SonicWall answers for all of the public IPs behind it and let's me create block/allow rules for the servers based on whether they're a web server, a mail server, etc.
Best case scenario would be something that can handle 10G connectivity as I want to improve my server-to-server and server-to-NAS speeds by upgrading my switch to 10G ports and add 10G ethernet cards to the servers and Synologies.
Any thoughts on a possible solution?
